Founded in June of 2012, Doggie Stylez was created off the idea that a pet shouldn't have to spend all day in a salon or go to a place where quantity means more than quality. The salon was founded in 2012 by Heather Bagley and Brandey Hall. Brandey has been working in the grooming industry since 2005.  She was born and raised right here in the Traverse City, MI, attended college in Marquette then moved back to the home she loved. 

Her Grooming career started in 2005 working for a busy grooming salon, managing it, and eventually eaching grooming to numerous students. Heather was one of Brandy's top students. One busy day, Brandey and Heather decided they had had enough of the production line feel of some salons. They wanted to create something different for the c!ients they loved so much. They founded Doggie Stylez together. The goal was to only employ passionate people who love dog grooming in their salon. It has been a long road to find the right fit for our salon. In 2018, long time employee Candace Merrill was brought on as a third partner. With our grooming family finally complete, we move forward, aiming to provide the best quality grooms and customer service in Traverse City. To us, grooming is a career, not a job. It's a way of life.
